Description:
 

FINOCON PCL is an additive for reducing back staining in desizing and cellulase abrasion process. FINOCON PCL can be used for both wetting and dispersing in desize, abrasion and clean up, after enzymatic abrasion / bleaching.

Features:
     
1. FINOCON PCL has an excellent dispersing and anti re-deposition properties minimizing staining of pocketing and labels and keeping filling whiter.
   
2. The dispersing properties of FINOCON PCL minimizes likelihood of agglomeration, scaling and re-deposition of process / solubilized contaminants.
   
3. FINOCON PCLs compatible with a-amylase and cellulase enzymes in garment process applications.
   
4. FINOCON PCL can be used as both wetting and dispersing in desize, abrasion and clean up after enzymatic abrasion / bleaching.
   

Application
 
Dilute the FINOCON PCL concentrate with water in ratio 1 : 1 to make FINOCON PCL
 
1. Biofinishing with Acid Enzyme
     
  0.5-2 g/l FINOCON PCL
  5 – 6 pH (depends on enzyme)
  45 mins Time
  Depends on enzyme Temp. 0C
  1:10 or 15 MLR
  Water rinse  
     
2. Desizing
     
  0.5-2 g/l FINOCON PCL
  6-8 6-8 pH (1 g/l Soda ash)
  700C Temperature
  60 mins. Time
  Water rinse  
  1:10 or 15 MLR
 
Storage:
 
Good shelf life under normal storage conditions. Containers must be tightly closed when not in use.
