FINOSIL AB

Very effective levelling agent for Dyeing Process of polyester and their blends with disperse dyes.

FINOTRATE EN70 is a novel diffusion accelerant for high temperature Dyeing Process of
polyester with dispersedyes.

     

HIGHLIGHTS

Reduces the rate of Dyeing Process of dispersing dyes in the heating phase
   

Remains fully effective in presence of other Dyeing Process chemicals and does not impair their properties.

   

Has good electrolyte stability

   
Contains no carrier.

APPLICATION

     
1. Dyeing Process of polyester yarn and fabric
FINOSIL AB liquid 0.3 – 1 g/l
pH 4.5 – 5.0 with PBI liquid, dye at 130 C for 45 – 60 minutes, higher amounts have a negative effect on bath exhaustion.
     
2. Levelling of uneven Dyeing Processs.
FINOSIL AB liquid 2.5 – 3.5 g/l
Jet stable carrier 2 – 3% o.w.f.
treat at 135 C, pH 4.5 – 5 for 60 minutes in a blank bath.
 
3. Barre’ coverage, especially in packages Dyeing Process
FINOSIL AB liquid 0.3 – 1 g/l
Jet stable carrier 1 – 2 % o.w.f.
treat at 130 C, pH 4.5 – 5 for 60 minutes.

FINOCON SMK

Versatile levelling agent in the Dyeing Process of polyamide fibre materials with neutral Dyeing Process acid dyestuff and 1:2 metal-complex dyestuff.

APPLICATION
   
1. Set the dyebath at 50 – 60 oC with
   
  1 – 1.5 % Finocon SMK
  3 % Sodium Acetate
 

X % Acetic Acid for pH 4.5 – 5

  5 -10% Glauber’s Salt
   
 

Enter the goods and run for 10 min. Add the dissolved dyestuff and slowly raise the temperature to boil and dye at boil for 45 min.
Drain - hot wash - cold wash

   
2. Set the dyebath at 50 – 60 oC with :
   
  1 – 1.5 % Finocon SMK
  2-5% Ammonium Sulphate for pH 6 – 6.5
 

5-10% Glauber’s Salt

   
 

Enter the goods and run for 10 min. Add the dissolved dyestuff and slowly raise the temperature to boil and dye at boil for 45 min.
Drain - hot wash - cold wash

Optimises reproductibility of results: No adverse effect on dye dispersion hence no dye
agglomeration & no quality problems with stains and specks. Dyed shades are level
and more even appearance of goods.

     

Very good dispersing effect on disperse dyes: Additional use of dispersing agent is not
necessary.

     

Has minimum or no retarding effect: Best dye yield and high reproducibility
of results because the leveling of dyed shades occur through synchronization & migration.

For polyester and its blend fabrics:

     
0.5 to 1 g/l FINOSIL PLA
   
0.6 - 1 gram / liter

Finocon DBC

   
0.5 - 1 gram / liter

Acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4.0 – 5.0

PHYSIOLOGICAL DATA

When used with usual industrial precautions does not cause nay injury but prolonged contact with
the skin and the splashes going into the eyes should be avoided while handling this product by taking suitable safety measures.
