Finotrate EN 7O
A carrier for low temperature dyeing polyester with disperse dyes.
     

Bullet FINOTRATE EN 70
     
FINOTRATE EN 70 is a novel diffusion accelerant for high temperature dyeing of polyester with disperse dyes.
     

HIGHLIGHTS

Synchronizes the exhaustion of disperse dyes.
   
Promotes levelling action due to good swelling property in the HT-phase.
   
Allows for shorter dyeing cycles and/or reduction of top temperature.

APPLICATION    
     
1.  Disperse Dyeing Process – 100% texturized polyester yarn and fabric
FINOTRATE EN – 70 0.5 – 2 %
Finocon HB 1 – 2 gms/lit.(ph 5)

 

Produces level results and improves material induced barriness.
   
2. Levelling fault Dyeing Process – yarn and fabric
   
FINOTRATE EN – 70 2%
Finocon HB

1 – 2 gms/lit.

 

pH adjusted to 4.5 – 5 and run for 60 minutes 1300C in a blank bath.

   
3. Dyeing Process of polyester wool blends
   
FINOTRATE EN – 70 0.75 – 2.0 % o.w.f.
   

At 105 º C in liquor ratio ranging from 10:1 to 15:1.

 

4. Dyeing Process of modified polyester with basic dyes
       
  a. Dyeing Process at 1200C

Glauber’ s salt
5 – 6 gms/lt.
Sodium acetate

0.2 – 0.5 gms/lit.
