Due to its powerful detergent activity and low foam property Finocon LF advantageously replaces conventional scouring surfactants employed in batchwise and continuous preparation processes. Finocon LF allows significant improvement in productivity. It is particularly useful in single-stage combined desize/scour/bleach operations for woven and knitted fabrics, terry-towelling and yarn packages.
On polyester –based fabrics, removal of synthetic sizing agents (especially acrylates which are used to facilitate the weaving operation on water-jet looms) pose a major problem. Finocon LF expeditiously cleans out such polymers in short treatment times.

Stain removal |
| |
Impurities with a high grease or oil contents should be treated locally before scouring with either undiluted Finocon EWN or a 1:1-1.5 aqueous solution. If metallic impurities and salts that cause hard water are present. It is advisable to add a suitable chelating agent. After stain removal the goods are scoured with an addition of 1.5-2% Finocon EWN |

It is more economical to treat long yardages of badly soiled piece goods whatever the type of of fibre yan impregnating process. |

Finocon WK is a highly effective foam-free wetting agent for the pretreatement of textiles (desizing, boiling off, bleaching) Very good wetting out and high liquor pick-up are achieved in padding processes, even with short immersion times. The dearating properties of Finocon WK are particularly beneficial on cheese, beam Dyeing Process and pretreatement machines. |
