FINOPRINT WP is ready Khadi with very high content of Titanium dioxide. It can be used directly on dark ground to get the snow white effect in single stroke. This stock khadi can be diluted with Kerosene / Turpentine emulsion paste (without binder) * depending on the ground colour of the fabric in order to reduce the cost considerably. |

Print and dry for cotton fabrics. |
| |
Print, dry and cure at 120 oC – 150 oC for 3 to 5 minutes for synthetic fabrics |
| |
| |
It gives excellent fastness and softness. |
| |
No need of catalyst like DAP OR LCP . |
| |
No need of fixer on cotton fabrics. Even on synthetic fabric it gives very good fastness without fixer. |
In case of cotton even without curing very good fastness is achieved. |
It can diluted with Kerosene emulsion (without Binder) or Kerosene substitute thickner in order to reduce the cost depending on the ground colour. |
It is supplied in working viscosity. Still viscosity can be adjusted with 1 to 2 % liquor ammonia (if more viscosity is required) or with few drops of acetic (if less viscosity is required). |

FINOPRINT FB Conc is a ready to us textile Printing Process paste designed for three dimensional or puff prints on textile. Using normal coating or screen Printing Process method and heat at low temperature to obtain fine foamed membrane at 8 – 15 times foamed ratio. It is foamed to print on cotton, polyester and T/C blends.
As there are various characteristics in the foamed film of FINOPRINT FB Conc , it is recommended to apply for the following materials.

FINOPRINT FB Conc may be used as supplied or with pigment resin color. As for coating methods Screen Printing Process and Gravure Printing Process give the best coating effect and other applicable methods 0are curtain coating, knife coating, reverse roll coating, flexo Printing Process, dipping and brushing.
Dry at less than 70 oC after coating and treat with higher temperature to obtain foam. As heating source, hot wind or infrared lamp are available. If foam is made in wet condition immediately after coating, it sometimes causes bad adhesion to the material. Although it may vary in accordance with film thickness, the normal standard heating temperature should be at 110 – 120 oC for 30 – 60 sec. Excessively high temperature will destruct foamed cell. If the degree of foam obtained with FINOPRINT FB Conc is excessive, it may be reduced with a reduction paste to the desired level by our Khadi Paste.

FINOPRINT GD |
| |
Finoprint GD is an aqueous preparation a containing acrylic binder and auxiliaries. Finoprint GD is suitable for use on a very wide range of fabric types. It produces excellent results with a broad range of glitter and metallic particles (gold bronze / copper-zinc or silver bronze / aluminium which have a particle size the range 10 – 60 um. |
| |
APPLICATION |
| |
In general, the metallic or glitter particles are stirred into Finoprint GD using a high speed mixer. A normal addition level is generally in the range of 10 – 20% for both metallic and glitter particles. Gold and sliver bronze pigment prints are particularly susceptible to crushing by screens themselves and most particularly by frames. Accordingly the usual procedure is to print last in a sequence with other color. |

SCREENS |

The preferred screen mesh generally depends on the size of particles each have been chosen, this is particularly critical in the case of the larger litter particles. The following guide indicates the maximum mesh which should be used for each of the size ranges. |

| CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATIONS |
| |
FINOPRINT STK is a reserving lacquer particularly suitable for shuttle fabrics and knitting cotton goods and lyera, polyamide and cellulose fibres. |
FINOPRINT ST K permit to obtain a coloured reserving on dark backgrounds, is possible to obtain a good covering level, but alone as such white can not be used. |
FINOPRINT ST K can be mixed up with usual pigment (from 1 to 60/70 g.kg) to make every kind of colours. |
FINOPRINT STK main properties are its extremely soft handle and the large elasticity of the coat it produces. |
FINOPRINT STK can be used for Printing Process both in rotative and plane machines by using usual 14 sp tumblers, 71 monoter, 125 mesh. (In small design use 80 or 100 mesh) |
The product can be used to print with acid dyestuffs(on lycra and polyamide) and with reactive dyestuffs( On cotton and cellulose). |
The colour is fixed by means of a 3 minutes polymerisation at 150º C just after the Printing Process phase; we point out that FINOPRINT STK can be well fixed also by means of a steaming at tempe rature of 102ºC for at least 10 minutes (In any case, in order to obtain the highest level of fastness to dampness and rubbing, a subsequent faster thermo-fixing of 1 minute at 130º C is advisable). |
